1. Fulfillment & Processing Time

• Made-to-Order: To ensure quality and reduce waste, all apparel is made-to-order and fulfilled by our U.S.-based printing partners.

• Processing Timeline: Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is prepared for shipment.

• Peak Periods: Please note that fulfillment times may be extended during federal holidays or high-volume periods (such as seasonal launches). We will notify you via email if your order faces a significant delay.

2. Shipping Costs & Estimates

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

• Total Delivery Time: Most customers receive their orders within 4–14 business days from the date the order was placed (Processing + Transit).

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

4. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

• Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

• Address Errors: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

• Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us at contact@tithetheday.com within 14 days so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
