Refund policy

At Tithe The Day LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we have established the following guidelines to ensure a fair and transparent process.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate a return request.

2. Damages and Issues (Defects)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@tithetheday.com.

  • Our Responsibility: For misprinted, damaged, or defective items, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

  • Process: Please include photos of the damage or defect in your email to expedite the replacement process.

3. Change of Mind & Size Exchanges

Because each item is custom-printed at the time of order, we do not keep inventory for traditional exchanges.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return due to "change of mind," the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Return Shipping: For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Refund Processing Time

    • Merchant Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2–3 business days.

    • Bank Processing: After we initiate the refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Exceptions: Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
